  • What is your turnaround time? How long does it take?

    Depends! Rush options are available for an extra fee. Call us!

    • Luster or glossy prints up to 12 x 18 inches: 2 business days. 
    • Metal prints: 4 business days
    • Canvas wraps: 5 business days
    • Scanning: 4 business days
    • Bulk scanning: up to 3 weeks
    • Cards / Press prints: 3 business days
    • VHS/Media transfer to USB: 3 weeks
    • Film processing: 3 weeks
    • Dye Sublimation (tote bags, coasters, slates, mugs, wearable items): 4 business days
    • Signs: 3-5 business days

  • Can you print custom sizes?

    Of course! We can print custom sizes, including very small locket prints and prints as large as 40 x 60 inches. In some cases, we can produce oversized signage, prints, and frames. Call us for special requests.

  • What cameras and gear do you have?

    None! Thought we do carry seamless backdrop paper.


    We first opened in 1972 as a camera store, but we stopped in 2020 during the pandemic. Now we are primarily a printing business, though we offer many services such as design, studio and on-site photography, archiving for individuals and businesses, custom framing, and more. 

  • Are you open on the weekend?

    No. We are open Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 5:30pm. 

  • Do you take rush orders?

    Yes! If you're ordering online, add a note on the final screen of your order. You can always call us to expedite an order. 

  • Can you tell me if my image will print poorly?

    Sure. If you'd like to discuss your print, it's best to come into the store. We have dedicated sales associates to discuss print quality and media with you. 

  • Can you design my book/logo/card/announcement/___?

    Yes! We have a full-time designer on staff. Give us a direction and some images, and we can make something tailored to you or your organization.

  • How long do you store my files?

    2-3 months. If you are a recurring client who consistently orders multiples of the same prints,  we may be able to establish a folder for you on our server. Let's discuss!

  • Do you process film?

    Yes! See the film page. 

  • Can you print from my old negatives or slides?

    Yep! We have to digitize them first. See this page for scanning prices. 

  • Can you transfer my ____ to a USB?

    Yes! We can transfer VHS, audio cassettes, 8mm, 16mm, VHS-C, Hi-8, slides, printed photos, negatives, and undeveloped film to a USB drive. 

  • Do you repair cameras and lenses?

    No! We do not sell or repair any cameras, lenses, or any camera-related gear. 

  • Do you sell seamless backdrop paper?

    We do! Call us to make sure we have your preferred size and color in stock.
