10 business days. Express options are available for an additional fee. Same day service is +$100. Any time sooner than the 10 day turnaround is +$50. 

We offer express services on a first-come, first-served basis. Same day service is an additional $100, express service before the 10 day expected turnaround time is an additional $50. Please call to verify that we can meet your deadline. 

It depends. Let's talk about your needs. If your artwork is oversized and you intend to print it at the same size, we can work with you on that. 

Files are delivered via email in a Dropbox link. USB drive available for an additional $15. The link will be active for 30 days, but it is recommended for you to download your files to your harddrive once you receive the email. 

Typically, you will receive a high resolution .jpg for printing and a web-resolution .jpg for posting on your website or social media. We can usually accommodate requests for other file types such as .TIFF, .PDF, .PNG, just let us know. 

Sure. Just be sure to share the specs at drop off. 

Yes. Artwork that has special lighting needs may require extra time on our end. Artists are encouraged to call and schedule a time for consultation.

Yes. Simple dusting is included in the cost of your  image capture; however, if there is an exceptional amount of say, pet hair, stuck in the varnish, there may be additional editing charges to remove the appearance in your image capture. 

Of course. Our services are pre-paid, so as long as they are prepared to answer questions about your digitization needs and process payment, someone else can drop off your artwork.

In order to get the most accurate representation, we need to hold your artwork for reference until the work is done. Your artwork will be returned. 

Yes. Please ensure that your painting is fully dry before bringing it to our store. We cannot be responsible for something happening if your painting is still wet. 

Yes. Some artists request that we erase pencil marks, deepen colors, or even remove text or a piece of a painting or drawing that they no longer wish to be part of the file. Editing is quote-based and starts at $45.

It's possible, but it depends on your work. Artists are encouraged to schedule a consultation with our team so we can understand the scope of your needs before quoting you. We want to provide the best possible service!

Of course. 

We would be happy to promote our services in tandem with your work, but we will not post without your permission. 

Ultimately, you are responsible for managing your own digital files. As a courtesy, Lakeside Photoworks can keep print files on our server for customers who order prints consistently, though we we cannot guarantee that we will store your files forever.
